Prunus subhirtella autumnalis "Southern Gem" is a Dunedin raised form of P. autumnalis much improved & very suitable for home gardens. Large semi-double blooms of white, flushed pink up to 4 times a year. Good autumn foliage colours of yellow, orange and purple.
